Operator John
He learned to make various kinds of Ramen noodles, Tare, Flavor Oil, and Toppings from original Syokuno Dojo in Tokyo, Japan.
Our Products
We make fresh broth and noodles every day so that customers can enjoy the natural flavour of the rich and high quality ingredients.
Broths - We boil four kinds of broths, and they are made with Pork bones, Chicken bones, Dried Fish, and Vegetables with more than 6 hours of tradition way of boiling. We do not use factory broths.
Tare - We provide you high quality - house made tare.
Noodles - In fact, there are about 500 kinds of ramen and it makes its own special side according to the menu of the person who makes it. Therefore, the taste, thickness and texture are all different.
Chashu - There are many kinds of cooking recipes, but our special recipe is using boiled pork roast and chicken with high and low temperature finish.
Seasonal and Local
We are very strict on choosing ingredient quality in our restaurant. That's why we only use selected fresh ingredients from local farmers' markets.
